  • My friend's father ordered a Thomas the Tank Engine cake for her son's birthday and prepaid for it. When he went to pick it up it wasn't done, not even started! They said it would be done the next day...party obviously being in a few hours. They tried to sell him 2 smaller cakes and give a $4 discount. Should have been free in my opinion for a gross misunderstanding of information, and not being directed to the right person for the order. They need to get their communication skills updated.
