  • The airport is actually okay, but the TSA team they have working are the biggest bunch of arrogant idiots I've ever had to encounter. Not friendly at all, no patience with elderly passengers that are hard of hearing and just down right rude. If they actually used the Pre TSA line they might not have such a backlog of passengers and they might actually see how a real airports works.... Get it fixed, otherwise you can expect me to video record every single time I through the airport so I can document the nightmare that is Sky Harbor TSA
