  • I usually grab a latte here after hitting the gym at CAC upstairs in this building. Service here is ridiculously slow! Tons of people working, but they are usually rearranging stock or doing maintenance behind the counter...instead of serving customers. My biggest peeve is the mobile ordering. I thought I would get around the ridiculously slow service by using the mobile app to order about 5 minutes before I leave the gym. This location obviously has not managed to master the mobile ordering, even 4 months after it was launched. I'll arrive at the pickup areas 5-10 minutes after placing my mobile order and still see people in line after I get there get their drinks before me.
