  • This is an update from my 3 Star review back in September of 2016. First the food. Like I wrote last year, the food at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen is exceptional. When I wrote the review last year I was so upset about the service I really wanted to give the review a 1 star, but because of the food gave it 3 Stars. Since September 2016 I have been back to Nittaya's six times and all six times the Staff has been really good, no GREAT!. First they seem to remember us now. Second, the indifference we used to experience when we walked in is gone. Third, the Waitresses and Waiters seem to really care about providing good service along with the exceptional food. The staff has improved remarkably and they truly seem to care about what they are doing and making sure their customers are completely satisfied. This is a great restaurant and the staff have become professionals in their craft. I highly recommend Nittaya's and want to thank everyone from the Bartender to the Waitresses, to the Waiters and most of all to Nittaya for running one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas.
