  • Two stars is generous. I have been here multiple times and always leave frustrated and in awe that some people have jobs. I got here about 40 minutes before close on a Sunday to get some items cut. Almost an hour later, it was done. The lady working behind the counter at the print center was helpful and nice enough, but, an hour? She gave me excuse after excuse and I was not sure if I should be annoyed or feel bad for her. She told me the cutter was not that good. And, that she was not sure why they did not have a better one like they used to have at Mayfield Road. So, I then had to check out (after they were closed.). I get that everyone wanted to go home, but, You Work With People. I tried to not be that person. However, it was not my fault. Maybe someone could have helped the other lady. Do not take your anger out on me.
