rev:text	I only stop at this location because I want to grab a few snack items before work, other than that I would go down the street to an actual Starbucks location. I'm a frequent coffee/tea drinker so I'm pretty familiar with my drinks and prices and I think it's funny that this location charges more for drinks (by a few cents) but still...AND they charge for whip if your drink "doesn't " come with it...it's not the extra 50 cents for something that I asked for that bothers me it's the snotty/rude response I got back when I had asked what the additional charge was for....I'm very critical when it comes to customer service because I've been in the same industry myself for years, so I know first hand it's a lot easier to be nice to someone than to be rude. Do yourself favor if you have the time hit one of the other Starbucks on either side of rainbow...
