  • I ordered 100 cookies by phone for same day delivery in Tempe. I explained that it was important they were delivered that day as the recipient was leaving the next day. Despite clear instructions, and an assurance that the gift would be delivered by noon that day, the date was entered incorrectly for the following day. Long story short, the cookies never got delivered. They did refund my money. If they had, offered to send the cookies for free to a different address so the recipient could enjoy them I would have given them more stars.
