  • I don't enjoy writing negative comments about businesses since I know most of them work very hard to provide a decent customer experience. However, these guys were rude, slow, and expensive. When my car got in a minor fender bender I went to several other body shops for an estimate on the work. 3 out of 4 body shops estimated the repair cost 40-50% lower than they did, and said the job would only take 2-3 days, but since my insurance company had a service agreement with them I took my car to Caliber Collision on Losee Rd. I dropped my car off on the morning of the 8th of December and was told they would be done by the following Wednesday (7 days), but when I called them on Wednesday to schedule a pick up they still did not have the parts in, and told me it would not be ready for another week. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle for a total of 13 days! When I mentioned that I was unhappy not having a vehicle for so long and maybe they should have ordered the parts before I dropped it off, they shrugged and said something like we had a lot of work behind the bumper that needed to be done (the labor repair bill was for 3.1 hours). The only good news is the bumper looks nice. So, if you don't mind being lied to or it taking forever to get your car back use them, otherwise stay away!
