  • Worst customer svc.. made an appt. For a recall and to have a loaner. Had to book it a week in advance because loaners were not available but when I get there they told me there's no loaner available.. so I'm late for work. Then you tell me the car will be ready that day. No call that day, no call the next day, finally I call and was just told from the service advisor that he'll check on it and he will call me back, which means I probably won't hear from the other 5 days! You buy an expensive car and you get this kind of service? I will take my business elsewhere. Do not go to this place!
