  • I wanted to give this a higher rating, because I've had good experiences here and Brittany is so sweet and knowledgeable. I recommended it to a friend and she bought a Groupon for 2 sessions for $29. The whole thing has been a fiasco. My friend called several times and no one called her back. It took OVER A MONTH to get a hold of someone and get an appointment set up. Brittany knew this was her first time doing this, so I assumed she would treat my friend the same way she treated me the first 2 or 3 times - by sitting with her and explaining what is happening (i.e. "You are going to feel some pressure," etc.) When my friend arrived, Brittany was not there, but there was a receptionist. She didn't even get my friend set up, just told her what to do and MADE HER DO IT HERSELF! She had no idea what was going on or what questions to ask. Brittany did end up showing up at the end of the appointment and tried to sell her packages. When she said she couldn't come in a second time the next week, because her son has disabilities and she needed to be home, she would not honor the second session. I am so disappointed in how my friend was treated and embarrassed that I recommended this to her.
