| - I used to absolutely love living here. I couldn't wait to get back to my apartment and feel at home. The people were nice, the dogs that live here are awesome, and I felt so cozy.
My fiancé and I were evicted for something we had absolutely nothing to do with. We even had a state trooper call our apartment complex and let them know we were not at fault. Not anything to go into detail with, but we did absolutely nothing wrong. I am a woman who is honest and has integrity, so I would never leave a negative review if I was at fault or didn't feel this strongly.
We were super quiet when we lived here, and we had great relationships with our neighbors! We had two noise complaints sent to our apartment when we were OUT OF THE STATE. but when we explained this, we got brushed off on the phone. It's honestly just the management. They have ZERO compassion, understanding, or care for you. They could care less what actually happened or what your situation is, as long as their $$ is collected.
I fell in love with this place the second we signed the lease, but quickly fell out of love due to the poor management and lack of respect they have for their residence. The maintenance guys ROCK! I don't know how they are so nice, kudos to them for their kindness and professionalism.
If you want to live somewhere pretty, with friendly neighbors, and a ton of food places to choose from, this is your spot! But if you do anything besides work all day and then go straight to sleep in your apartment, prepare for some sort of complaint or fee.
I was devastated to leave this apartment complex at first because it was the first place I actually made a new home. But as I saw the lack of care from the management, I couldn't wait to leave. Just be careful with every move you make and you should be fine. It's a beautiful complex with a lot to offer. But don't expect the people who work there to give you any kindness or care about any sort of situation you're in.
