  • Called Gabe on a Sat about a dryer that was taking forever to dry clothes. Thought maybe he could come out the following week. He said he would be in my area Sunday if that was OK. He arrived on time with his teenage son. Had his son (smaller size) get behind dryer (tight area) and remove vent and back of unit. Checked heating controls, heat output and cleaned the inside of the vent attached to dryer. Could find no problem, but that wasn't good enough. He thought maybe the vent tubing as too short and not letting the hot air to vent up to the roof. He replaced same with a longer hose. I have to admit at first I thought I had just wasted my money, but after he left and we tried the unit again the following week and since then it has preformed as brand new. Thanks Gabe, great service. Will have your card in my file for the next time.
