  • My 9 yr old LG washing machine stopped draining water. After troubleshooting it myself with no luck, I reached out to this company. They answered my phone call and after I texted my address, an appointment for the next day was scheduled. Vladimir arrived close to his estimated time. He acted and was dressed very professional. He explained to me what the possible problems may be with the machine and how much the repairs with parts would cost. He was able to replace my water pump that day for the quoted amount. He cleaned up the area when he was finished working, and the entire process took under an hour. I would absolutely call him again if I have another appliance problem!
