One of our two place tubes got popped / Cut open during the loading up on the bus this past week. I quickly realized what happened and started looking around on the bus to find what might have snagged our tube so bad that it would just deflate so quickly!!!!! As I was looking around on the inside of the bus I found two rusted bent in coat hangers attached to the inside of the (tube holding area). One at the top and one at the bottom. To my understanding this is so that your personal tubes will get damaged to the point that you would then need to rent one of theirs in order to get to float that day. After going back and forth with management about why they think it would be a good idea to put sharp rusted coat hangers in the tube holding area I did not receive a satisfactory answer. To my understanding this is a way to scam people out of using there own personal river tubes and forcing them to rent from Salt River Tubing instead...........
I am Completely disappointed with this type of scam and with Salt River Tubing purposely destroying peoples personal property just so they can rip you off for monetary gain.
Do Not Let the security guys load your tube up on the bus. They are there to make sure that your personal tube has a good chance to graze the hooks because they need to rent more of there own.
That is all.
Buyer Beware.......................
