  • So disappointed in the new Portion Control. We waited for 45 minutes to get our food and there was 2 other people in the restaurant so it wasn't like it was busy. Once our food came out it was cold as if it had been sitting out for awhile. The steak was over cooked so much I couldn't even chew it. I have been to the other locations several times and the last two times my food came out cold but was still good. When I saw a new Portion Control I was excited to give it a try, but it doesn't seem like the problem ever got fixed. You would think with it being the Grand Opening they would be a little more on top of things.
