  • Well our entire experience was hassle free to say the least. We are premium members so it was great to get in early when it was not crowded, however the employees apparently need caffeine. I have seen more reactions and faster speeds from a moderately sedated sloth. Oh yeah, and when you utilize the scan n go app, hope and pray the individual at the exit is more friendly than the woman this morning. I have to say that I have seen better customer service from a 5 year old with a lemonade stand. Individuals who cannot be civil and cordial do not belong on the front service line. Furthermore, if someone dislikes their job that much, it is time to move on. I have to say that most individuals usually are upbeat, smiling, and interacting, but today I am thoroughly disappointed In our experience. A customer spends several thousands of dollars per year and to be treated in such a mundane manner is unacceptable. May consider a competitor to this institution. I hope someone delivers a few happy meals to the current employees, especially before the loving and happy holiday season peaks.
