  • I've gone to this salon since October of last year and my initial reaction to the salon was positive. It is very clean and the lash artists are super friendly. However, my lashes never last. I have three days from an appointment until I already need a new fill (and no, I don't get them wet for at least 24 hours). Management isn't the friendliest either. I've asked questions and have been met with rude responses and I have screenshots to prove it as well. I referred my mother to this shop also and she said the very same thing and is now going elsewhere. Hopefully there's some changes in the future.
