  • So unprofessional, I tied to call and cancel policies and the agent was verbally abusive and hung up on me. I would suggest another agent there are many good Agents in the valley that care about clients and run a professional office. I have now spent a hour calling State Farm and they keep trying to send me back to the agent... this is a nightmare.
