  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LANCOME INSIDE THE Bx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Lancome representative "Aurora" inside the Exchange was extremely rude! Her customer service skills are terrible! The makeup display was extremely dirty, messy and smashed! After paying for my items, I went back to receive my free gift. Aurora the sales rep was no where to be found. After waiting for 10 mins, other reps from various counters such as: Estee Lauder and Shiseido had to explain where Aurora went (Coffee and bathroom). Patiently waiting for another 10 mins Aurora was still not at her designated area. So the sales lady from the Shiseido counter was able to help me. Aurora left her counter empty for a total of 20+mins. As I was leaving the Exchange, I saw Aurora sitting down at Starbucks conversing with another sales rep!!!! I wouldn't recommend going here for customer services. However, the Lancôme products are cheaper.
