  • I don't think I've ever written a bad review, but some things just need to be out in the open so consumers can make informed choices. About a year ago, we purchased and installed hunter douglas motorized blinds from PSI. Unfortunately, the customer service we have received from PSI hasn't met our expectations. The blinds STILL are not automated correctly despite having their technicians out to our home 3 times. The blinds are not cheap, and since you can purchase them from any authorized dealer, it's important to choose a company that will provide appropriate customer service in the event that the product does not work properly. PSI has not been helpful. They still have not corrected the problem. The technicians have been rude, in a hurry, and unprofessional. I have included an email we received from them that's a pretty good example of the customer service interactions you can expect from this company.
