  • Long story short, I came in for an oil change and ended up needing two new tires, an alignment, and balance. The manager showed me where the problem was and how they would fix it, which was much appreciated. The whole process took just shy of 4 hours, when at most should have been 2 hours. I was quoted multiple time allotments it should have taken but each passed by. My appointment was for 10:00 but my car sat for 1-1/2 hours before it was taken for the oil change. Because I had waited so long, a rim cover wasn't put back on, and I had to ask about it, the manager gave me a discount and gave me a card for a free oil change. I would say they made it right but it took too long.
