| - THIS STORE IS THE KING OF SCAMS!! THIS IS NOT PERSONAL, LOOK T-MOBILE UP ON LINE.
The FCC, US Attorney, State of Nevada Attorney and other are investigating T-Mobile for fraudulent selling practices, fraudulent charges, and profiting from scams, just to name a few.
T-Mobile is going to let the FCC take them to court, and if they loose there will be a civil judgement against T-Mobile. However, T-Mobile will still make millions as the percentage of people who get notified, and who actually do respond to the lawsuit is minimal. allowing T-Mobile to get their fingers slapped while you pay the bill and they get rich!
**The T-Mobile Store Manager, Cisco, at the 6020 W. Craig Road T-Mobile store, and our sales rep, Patrick A, scammed us and several others while we were in the store like we have never been scammed before, and looked right in our face and smiled while they did it.
As you sign that contract they are grinning ear to ear as they just made a great commission, and there is nothing you can do to them as they fall under the T-Mobile umbrella. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!
**Do you know that all that "FREE" stuff they say they will toss in when you buy a phone, like the crappy phone covers, the Fit Bits, chargers, Oculus, etc., YES, they give it to you free, they even charge for some stuff, but did you know that you WILL pay a monthly fee for it, and pay taxes on it too.
$6.25 a month for that FREE Fit bit a month! $2.92 for that free good looking new fast charger, a month! $1.67 for the cheap piece of plastic they call a cover. Yes, you pay $1.67 a month for the free piece of plastic crap that you have already probably replaced.
The store employees know good and well that they are scamming you, but they don't care. But I bet they will soon,
THIS STORE AND THIER EMPLOYEES IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA!
Maybe the company has it's fraudulent business practices as they pay big money for their lawyers to find that grey area to get around laws that are in place to protect the consumers from stuff like this.
However, that does not mean our neighbors, those who sit next to you in church, the soccer mon who works at T-Mobile or their spouse is the ones allowing YOU to be scammed and T-Mobile to get rich.
If you purchase anything from T-Mobile after reading this, then you deserve to get scammed!
Finally, because so many in Las Vegas have been scammed, there is now an organization here who has hired a law firm to file felony scam complaints against the T-Mobile EMPLOYEES who willingly and knowingly sell you items and fail to provide you with all the information.
Yes, this suit is separate from the Federal law suit. This is to personally hold those T-Mobile employees here in Las Vegas and Nevada accountable for willing and knowingly failing to provide the customer with said information.
Again, the scammers are your neighbors who live right here in Las Vegas, and there is a law that will hold them personally accountable. T-Mobile does not want the employees to know about it as they would all quit. I look forward to seeing both Cisco and Patrick in court and then on the side of the road with a sign that says they will work for food! And I'll even stop and give them some, and then once they eat it, I'll tell them there is monthly fee for it!
DO NOT MAKE THIS PERSONAL. The courts will make the employees and their families suffer!
The attorney for the LV organization stated that this is no different than you going to a car dealership and buying a new car. You sign the contract and drive off. However, when you get your first car payment you find out that is much much higher than you were told because they failed to tell you that those nice new wheels they tossed in, oh they didn't tell, yes they are free, however, you have to pay $50 per wheel a month to have them.
And since you already signed a contract they will ruin your credit while you take them to court to prove they knowingly took advantage of you!
Pass this information around. Only way to stop T-Mobile is to stop the stores where the customers come into to get scammed. AGAIN. You can look all this information yourself.
CUSTOMER'S LIVES MATTER!
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, LET THE WORLD KNOW. POST IT!
*I'm sure there are some honest T-Mobile employees out there and it is truly sad that they will be negatively impacted by this. My only advice, tell your customers the whole truth. Withholding key information in a sale is a CRIME.
