  • this review is in regards to their online department and shipping. i ordered some liquids on 4/29/2014 and it was supposedly shipped 5/1/2014. It is now 5/3/2014 and nothing has come in the mail even though it says the USPS has delivered the item somewhere in glendale.. i live in buckeye. i contacted them in regards to this issue and the kind lady informed me that this has happened many times in the past and that she will look into the issue, and that once they send it out to USPS then there is nothing they can do about it. my only gripe now, is if this is happening often why not switch to a shipping company that will keep better track of the items you send out for customers and not have to deal with disgruntled people..
