  • I was worried about having a no call/no show situation like the previous reviewers, but they called 30 min prior and showed up two hours into the 4 hour window. I had used a $29 living social voucher and everything seemed to be going well until the employee informed me that it would be an additional $120 for restoration of the grout to it's original color because of heavy soiling. I asked him if I could just opt out of the restoration and still have it cleaned normally and he said no and pointed out that they charge more for heavily soiled areas as it says in the small print of the living social voucher. However, the voucher did not say that I would have no option but to pay them the additional fee before they had even started the restoration... I decided to have them do it and if it wasn't actually restored, then I would refuse to pay, but it actually came out looking great. I asked him to clarify how it came out to $120 and he didn't give me a clear answer. He reasoned that it's normally $250 but he was giving me a deal? Not sure about that, but I paid them because it really was greatly improved. So I would say they do a good job if you can get them to show up and you are expecting to pay more for heavily soiled areas... I was not able to confirm the extra fee because they don't have any prices on their website and no one would pick up the phone.
