  • Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kline, I have been a faithful customer for the last few years and not once have I been advised that in order to utilize my coupon that it had to face a certain way in order for it to be applied. It's a silly technicality if you ask me and not good customer service. As a person in the Service business, if I told my clients that they could not take advantage of a discount that shows my appreciation for their loyalty because their hair was brown I would lose them, which unfortunately, I will have do with your services.
