  • If zero stars was an option that's what I would choose. I tried them for the first time in December. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for me and my mother. Pedicure was good and my manicure wasn't to bad. About 2 weeks I realized I had a crack on my nails. I assumed it wasn't that bad since they were getting older, and I could have possibly cracked it at work. I work in a bakery, so I'm a little rough with my hands. So I figured I would go back. So I go. Ask for a gel manicure. A younger woman that sits at station 11 in the back was going to do my nails. I get there at 4:30 I didn't leave the salon until 6:30!!!! You would think after spending TWO hours my nails would be perfect. NOPE! They were uneven, she cut me 3 times and the layer of gel was soooooo thin. By the time she was done I was too tired to look extremely close at them. Literally 3 days later, ALL my nails were cracking. I knew it wasn't me since I hadn't been to work since. So then I figured out it was them not me. I go back and ask them to either refund my money or fix them. The manager or what ever she is laughed and said " we will fix them for you but we have to charge you." Umm excuse me what? You're going to charge me for something your employee messed up on? Man! Get outta here. I will NEVER go back there again.
