  • Have used this place for YEARS without issue but it seems business is going downhill and fast. I dropped off my husbands suit pants on Monday at 9:06am, missing the "in by 9 out by 5" by 6 minutes. Ok. Fine. My fault. Pick up pants Tuesday and bring them home, leaving them in the plastic for my husband to wear to his interview the next morning. 6am husband trying to get ready for his interview and freaking out because we were given SOMEONE ELSES PANTS. The numbers on the tags didn't even match up! Someone is clearly incapable of matching up a number....a 2 digit number. Unreal. I started calling at 7am when the website said they opened. I called 8 times and finally at 7:26 someone answers. Apparently there were 4 pairs of pants with tags that fell off at the Tempe location. She was going to call and find out if our pants were part of that. 45 mins later I get a call that they have our pants. Never again. There's plenty of other places around that we can give our business to. I'm glad to have them back. Just wish it wouldn't have happened in the first place and we didn't have to scramble to figure out something for my husband to wear.
