  • Halina...Halina, Halina Halina!! That's the name of the rude employee who acts like she owns the place. Yesterday, June 20th 2017, I went in to mail some documents certified. 10 people in front of me, only 1 worker, no supplies, dirty, everybody in a bad mood. After a good 30 minutes I was finally next. I asked her for a small piece of tape to seal an envelope, just to be extra safe, and she said, "don't ask me for tape". I told her that she can charge me for it. Last time it was on the counter and she let me use. She said that the company doesn't allow them to give out tape for free because it costs the post office a lot of money. I go here a lot because our business is close to this location and we have to constantly mail documents. They close at 4, one time went in at 3:53pm and of course there was a long line, Halina yelled, "noooope, we are closed" I had to send that packet, I told her I still have 8 minutes. Well, she let me stay and kept mumbling to the customer she was attending, that she is tired and still has a lot to do. I go to this location because I have to, but please, go somewhere else. Halina, get it together and value your job, be courteous with the customers.
