  • Terrible customer service!! We bought a gazebo from them last summer. It was damaged over the winter. Half of the roof panels blew away. The product is not really suitable to Quebec winters and this point should be expressed. Sojag gazebos are made in Montreal and are not sturdy enough for the climate. Beware!! This aside, we ordered replacement panels in April. We were assured by the manager that we would receive them within 2 weeks. They insisted on a down payment to place the order. We have still not received them. I have called several times only to be told that there is no point in calling them. They will call us when the product arrives. 3 months have passed. Summer is almost over. No compensation has been offered for the delay. There is no warranty on this product. Looks like we will get them in time for them to blow off again this winter. Or worse, we will go through winter with half a roof!!
