  • I have been a client for at least two years now. I come here mainly to get my teeth cleaned. The first time I went, I did not get Dr Gill. Which was fine because I figured it was just teeth cleaning, nothing fancy. They had called me to tell me to come half an hour later than my appointed time because they were running late. So I showed up half an hour later, which at that point they said they could take my initial visit X-rays and what not, but had no time to clean my teeth because I was late. I was not impressed as I had followed their instructions and I could've been there at my original scheduled time. They made it seem like it was my fault they had no time. I insisted that I get my teeth cleaned at this appointment because it wasn't my fault and I didn't have time to come another day (hello, I work!). They managed to do everything that day, but I didn't have a very good impression. When I left, they also didn't give me any dental kits you'd expect to get at a first appointment (free toothbrush), no matter. Second visit I had come in for cavity fillings and I got Dr Gill. He was excellent and I had no complaints. He was very approachable and explained everything well. So I decided I would continue to go to this place, and even referred a friend. My most recent experience however, I was extremely upset. I was having a terrible migraine, to the point I was feeling very nauseous and wanting to throw up constantly. I called in to cancel my appointment that morning and the receptionist had told me that I would be charged $50 because it was a late cancellation policy! She claims I have missed my appointment another time (over a year ago that I don't even remember). I was furious and asked her if she would rather I come in even though I was nauseous, and she just said it was policy and maybe I could still go to my appointment . Unbelievable. I cannot believe they are not lenient at all when a client is unable to attend because of unforeseen circumstances. I was really not feeling well and that was the last thing I wanted to hear. I now don't know if I want to reschedule my appointment or not.
