  • Be very careful on who you use for your salesman. I had one who is suppose to be an old timer, actually two of them, one I used twice before. I bought a vehicle and went through the finance motion with the sales and finance manager got my paper work and keys and left. Needless to say I went through my paper work when I got home and my warranty papers were missing. I called my salesman several times and left messages but never got a call back so I emailed them, got a response and was told that the warranty papers would be mailed to me, guess what I never got them. So my salesman pulled a Hillary on me. So I gotta pass the word--never trust any sales person here or anywhere else that promises to get something important to you--you won't get it. Newell you lied.
