  • Best Poutine west of Quebec. Pretty much every time I visit Toronto, I'll make a trip to Nathan Philips just to visit the famous blue truck and its no-frills Poutine. This is the ultimate comfort good: perfectly cut and fried potatoes, ample cheese curds with just the right scrunchy/slightly melted texture, and the kicker - a rich, beefy, uber-savory gravy. Dude should have a patent for this brown goodness.
