This theater is aging surprisingly well, given that I still remember it being constructed many, many years ago.
Parking a breeze, and transit options are good too, with many walking from condos in the area.
The food options are surprisingly reasonable, burger combos for ~$15 while expensive, isn't much different than what you could expect to pay at any restaurant within 15 minutes of the theater.
Pulled Pork and Jack Cheese burgers are both solid, and worth getting if you are in a rush and can't eat before. Fro-Yo bar brings it all home. Some might say it's on the pricey side, but really only Captain Cargo Pants bringing in half of Bulk Barn should be the one to complain about the cost.
Arcade area is showing its age badly, machines in various states of neglect/disrepair.
Bathrooms clean and adequate. Theater layout hasn't changed, but it's a shame 12:01am premiere shows are a thing of the past here.
