  • I lived here for a year and I hated it! It was terrible the front office doesn't work you, they charge $300 reservation fee on top of a $50 application fee on top of a $500 move in fee, are you freaking kidding me? They are too many teenagers hanging out on the front steps that I couldn't even step out of my apartment with my newborn. The the side gate towards Walmart was always open with so many randoms walking through. The parking is horrible with no assigned parking.
