  • I don't appreciate making an appointment for a blowout for two people, and then being forced to wait for over an hour to be acknowledged because the staff decided to take a family of fussy walk-ins before we arrived (on time) for our appointment. Get it together, people. I couldn't even get my service done because they took SO long.
