  • I knew from the second I picked the car up they were going to overcharge me. I confirmed and questioned during pick up and drop off to make sure I'd be charged the agreed upon amount. Inevitably I was not and it has been impossible to get a hold of anyone in their customer service department. Not worth the couple bucks I saved going with them.
