  • Sadly, I returned for another round of MRIs. Doctor orders STAT and requested films be delivered to their office STAT! My follow up appointment with my doc who ordered the MRIs was Wed. at 4pm; I was here on a Saturday at 8am. MY doc called wanting to resched my appointment as my reports hadn't been received. I called here to find out the radiologist only read one of my films, not both. THEN they call a few hours later saying transcriptionist distracted and set my records aside but promised to get my report to my doctor 2 hours before my appointment. THAT didn't happen. 45 minutes after arriving at my appointment they FINALLY fax'd my reports. After non stop calling during those 45 minutes. My films arrived at their office 8 WEEKS LATER!! 3 days ago my doc calls. She urgently needs to see me. THE RADIOLOGIST MISREAD MY FILMS. The radiologist said he "missed it. Did he compare these new films to the ones from 8 months ago? NOPE!! WTF!!!!! Will never. Ever. Return here. My health, MY LIFE, means more to me than this. "I will do no harm...." Exactly what this poor excuse for a doctor, supposedly trained in reading diagnostic images, did. My surgery is now scheduled.
