  • My sister and I went in for tattoos on Sunday April 15th, 2018, we were very satisfied with the tattoo until a couple of hours later we noticed the swelling and the bleeding had not stopped we were doing everything the correct way and we were using a product that was sold to us by club tattoo, I have 5 tattoos prior to this one and I've never experienced problems, by Monday my arm was swollen past the point of the tattoo, I couldn't put my arm down to my side without an extreme amount of pain all the way down into my finger tips, I again used antibacterial soap, and this time used aquafor instead of the product given to me by club tattoo, by Tuesday I was feeling sick,the pain hadn't subsided, ibuprofen wasn't helping with the swelling I had puss and blood coming out of small blisters on the tattoo I went in to the shop to show Kenzi and he said it wasn't infected and to just let it dry out, and that it would need to be touched up, after I left the shop I didn't feel okay I ended up going to urgent care where I was told I had cellulitis, the infection measured 15 inches long 10 inches wide. I've been placed on an oral antibiotic and a topical antibiotic, if that doesn't work they said I would need to go the ER. This has been the worst experience, and I can tell my tattoo won't heal properly, I feel like I got ripped off with something that was supposed to be meaningful to me and my sister.
