  • Had a bad experience at Giada. First, all the water glasses at my family table were either cracked with sharp edges or had a slime gooey substance on them. I wish I would have taken pictures of how gross the water glasses were. Simply having the waiter say oops I'm sorry about that and blaming it on another waiter does not cut it when I'm paying for a high priced meal on the strip with loads of other options for fine dining experiences on the Las Vegas strip. As a Las Vegas native and someone who understands that the strip economy survives on delivering superior customer service this lack of care to a health issue of clean glasses was completely unacceptable. Next, during our meal it seemed that a photo shoot was going on in the middle of the dinning area. It was very upsetting to the other customers as the promotional photo shoot or whatever it was should have been done when the dinning area was closed. I had high expectations going in but was left utterly disappointed. I would not recommend you go to this restaurant. Update 9/14/17 In response to the managers private comment. I did read the private message that was sent. Management at giada offered nothing more than for me to do more work and put in more time and effort to fix their staff problems. I don't write these reviews for a free appetizer.
