  • I've been seeing Dr. Heidi for three years now. I found her on the recommendation of a friend after my midwife recommended finding a chiropractor to help with some back pain related to pregnancy. She treated me through my first pregnancy and I've continued to see her regularly since. I love Dr. Heidi because she uses a variety of techniques--trigger point massage, cupping, drops--in addition to adjustment. She also is no pressure in terms of selling patients on treatment. Some chiropractors insist on a very expensive initial exam with X-rays and then push prepaid treatment plans. Dr. Heidi never does any of this. She sees you as often as you are comfortable with and her office is great about getting you in quickly if you say, wake up with a crick in your neck that is so bad you can't turn your head. The rates are very reasonable--$40 for a 30 minute treatment and the office will bill your insurance. Perhaps even more more importantly Dr. Heidi really cares about her patients and after a while, the whole office makes you feel like family.
