  • If I could give zero stars, I would. However that is unfortunately not an option. I live in California and wanted to send my mother flowers to her home in Vegas on Mother's Day, and chose Betty's in hopes that they would make it a special day for my mom. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, they showed up at my mother's complex, and were sent away by the front gate. Instead of calling me or my mother after being turned away, they did absolutely nothing. When I called the very next day and left two voicemails, they went unanswered. I also sent an email, which went unanswered. Still nothing. I then checked my bank account, and Betty's charged me for the flowers....are you kidding? I strongly recommend finding and ordering from ANY other flower company, especially if you want to surprise someone on a special occasion.
