  • I have had the opportunity to require the services of Southwest Oral Surgeons several times. I have continuously been impressed with the professionalism, care & concern from every employee; from the initial check in at reception, the way you are personally greeted as you proceed to an examination room, the expertise and care of the physician and staff and the follow through in scheduling follow up appointments. The first time I had surgery here I was amazed that Doctor Buch phoned me personally that afternoon to ensure that I was still feeling as well as when I left the office. This is almost unheard-of in America's medical profession. That shows how dedicated he (and his Team) is to performing quality care. Today I received follow-up care from Anna and Dr. Buch from a surgery that was totally unplanned. Their interest in me (you) as a patient and your care is unprecedented, only except for previous visits. I then had the pleasure of checking out with Erin, obtaining a future appointment that was beneficial to my schedule. In short, I would highly recommend the professionals at Southwest Oral Surgery if you ever need oral, facial or dental implant surgery. ~ Mark
