  • The cake part is moist. The buttercream frosting is soft but too sweet. Cute presentation. The one star is for the poor and unwelcoming customer service. Beware of even opening your cupcake box or bag inside the store because they are supposedly a "to go" place only and you cannot eat your cupcake in there. There are other friendlier cupcake places in town and that's where I'll take my business.
