  • So disappointed in the lack of service at Hermes at City Center on Saturday, but figured we would try the one at Bellagio. At least the security guard smiled at us and said hello. Other than that, nothing. Clearly, rudeness is encouraged throughout the Hermes company. It's a shame because we used to enjoy buying something on each of our trips.
