  • Was in Pittsburgh for a spontaneous trip this past Valentine's Day weekend. Color Me Mine seemed like an okay idea to kill a few hours and cliche enough. We went in to inquire about hours and reservations, the dismissive brunette with hairy arms decided to not look me in the eyes ever and just said you can come in for walk-ins maybe tomorrow around 11 or 12. So we did. Again the hairy armed brunette decided to be fairly dismissive. I'm not entirely sure what service people were complimenting at this point in the reviews. This is only part of this issue though. The biggest problem was when we were checking out. Being out of state we requested our finished product to be shipped to Ohio (where we live). We even confirmed during checkout that they will ship it properly and have it wrapped. It was almost as if we asked the dumbest question in the world to them though. Lo and behold, our finished products were pretty much as shattered as our expectations. I mean, throwing bubble wrap in a box, don't mean the bubble wrap is actually doing anything. There are 6 sides to a rectangular box. The distribution of bubble wrap pretty much existed on 2 sides only. There are more sides to the box than there were bubble wrap in the box. Another important point is that a bubble "wrap" would mean the material should be enclosed or surrounding an object. Apparently the bubble wrap was just bubble cushion for the bottom of the box in our case. Pretty much recommend if your kids have nothing better to do and you need to occupy a copious amount of time. Definitely remember to bring a few rolls of bubble wrap or just give them a ton of money for proper shipping and handling.
