  • Rolfs at Arrowhead, made an appointment for my first visit today. Kudos to them for having someone available later the same day. However, that is as good as it gets. Arrived for my 4:15pm with Wells at 4:10pm and checked in at the counter. After waiting 12 minutes beyond my appointment time I checked with the counter informing them it was past my appointment time. They went to check with Wells and returned with it will be 10 more minutes. I asked why no one had called me, my phone number was requested and provided when making the appointment, this fell on deaf ears as no response was provided. I went on to detail that in my professional life I commit to timeliness and communication, this too fell upon deaf ears and a glassed over expression. I asked to speak to a person from management and apparently no management was present. This in large part I suspect contributes to Rolfs ineffective communication and total lack of customer service. I understand a delay occurring, what I can not understand nor tolerate is their inability to have phoned me in advance or to approach me as I am in their waiting area to communicate the delay and thereby avert my frustration. They may be an exceptional salon, but you will have to be far more patient than me to determine that. I will call and speak with management, should they ever be present and gauge their level of concern. If genuine I may make a go of it and see if another stylist has the ability to properly manage their time and honor an appointment, or at minimum at least have the fortitude and courtesy to communicate. FYI, it is now one hour past my scheduled appointment time and no phone call from Wells to extend an apology in an effort to right a wrong. My recomendation avoid a service professional that places a higher value on his own time than that of the customer that generates his entire revenue.
