  • I love Dr Doubrava. He is so patient and understanding. One evening I called him on a Friday. He called me right back and saw me in the office Saturday, the next day. I saw a black shadow in my eye and was petrified. he sent me to a specialist that saw me right away and thankfully it got better. I see Dr Doubrava a couple times a year to keep tabs on it. He's very honest and understanding. I don't know what I would do if I had to go to another eye specialist. Dr Doubrava did my cataract surgery in 2008 and I still don't need glasses. I didn't get any special lenses. I'm 80 years old. I am so happy about that. He did a great job. I meant I was happy about the cataract surgery not the fact that I'm 80 years old. LOL
