  • So happy to have found Beteena- She is a miracle worker who saved my dress and my wedding just two weeks before our ceremony! MB bride's alterations department left me with a mess of a dress two weeks before my wedding day. I was devastated, but Beteena got me in the next day and had my dress done in 1.5 weeks. I had to have everything redone, besides the bustle and hem- including new side seams, a front seam, adjustments of the straps, new cups sewn in and a complete rework of my lace overlay. I had paid MB Bride $300 to have all this done from apparently a VERY inexperienced seamstress. What a nightmare when you are talking about a $1600+ dress. Beteena brought me in, calmed me down and worked with my schedule to plan several fittings and correct the botched job. I left my first appointment with her feeling 110% confident that she would make things right, as she works on everything herself and is highly skilled. Beteena is a true angel and charges a reasonable amount for her quality work. I cannot recommend her enough. I will tell all my friends and future brides to forego the alterations package at any store and only trust Beteena. She will get it right the first time and make you feel special throughout the process.
