  • Front office staff is very unprofessional. I have had 3 appointments there. All of which I signed in 10 minutes early at an empty front desk and then had to approach the front desk after a 15-20 minute wait to ask if I had to complete any paperwork or make my copayment. Today.....after a 35 minute wait....I approached the front desk and has to flag someone down to assist me. They then told me that my appointment wasn't until 1030 with a 10am check in. I asked why no one had pointed that out after I signed in an hour and 15 minutes early? I then explained my frustration from previous visits and the wait time. A woman working on charts smirked and said I was wrong that that couldn't possibly be true. So instead of addressing my issues....you know...customer service I was insulted. I left the office and will not return. It's a shame....I really like the doctors.
