  • Ordered a pair of glasses from them, waited the two weeks, then get a call to pick up my sunglasses. Problem, I did not order sunglasses, someone botched my order. Was told they would expedite my glasses. Two weeks later my glasses arrive, so much for expeditious service. Asked if they would be willing to make it right by selling me the sunglass lenses with a decent discount. I was only offered the 50% discount that was offered when I originally ordered my glasses, to try and get me to buy the second pair. I will not be back to this store again, except to have any warranty work done, if required. Update: Had a surprise last night when I got home. Had a message from the Eye Glass Manager, Debra, that the Store wanted to give me the glasses, due to the inconvenience caused to me. I called her this morning, stating I was willing to pay a discounted price for the glasses. She reiterated what she had stated earlier, that the glasses were free. With this store going above and beyond what I was attempting to do, I will continue to conduct my business with them. I forgot to put in the original review that the Staff of the Store were always professional, courteous and friendly. I would now give the Goodyear Eye Glass World 5 stars.
